Origin Legal Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (with Litigation Rights) holding at least 3 years PQE to join their client's Personal Injury team in Nottingham, United Kingdom. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload of Employers' Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) Portal and non-Portal claims from inception through to resolution in a pro-active and supportive litigation environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with active litigation rights.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) handling personal injury litigation.
• Domain Expertise: In-depth working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims, Personal Injury Protocol for Low Value EL/PL Claims, and relevant statutory case law.
• Technical & Personal Skills: Strong commercial awareness, IT proficiency (case management systems), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven file-management capability.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle EL/PL claims from start to finish with minimal supervision, including litigated fast-track and select multi-track cases.
• Generate legal correspondence, pleadings, and procedural documents independently.
• Utilize firm case management systems to maintain file accuracy and time recording targets.
• Provide clear legal advice and strategic solutions directly to clients.
• Meet key financial KPIs, fee-earning goals, and maintain client/referrer relations.
