Projects Associate

Role Overview

Osborne Clarke is seeking an Associate to join its market-leading Projects team in Bristol. The role focuses on infrastructure projects, including Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and public sector contracts across sectors such as healthcare, education, defence, and transport.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrable experience in infrastructure PPP projects and/or public sector transactions.
• A strong passion for infrastructure and public sector legal work.
• The firm considers candidates with varying levels of experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advising on the full infrastructure project lifecycle, from procurement and acquisition to development, financing, and operations.
• Managing client relationships and engaging in business development activities.
• Working collaboratively within a team of partners, legal directors, and associates on high-profile infrastructure and public sector matters.
