OVI is recruiting a Risk and Compliance Officer for a client operating within a capital market environment in Dubai, UAE. This is a contract-based position for an individual to serve as the primary expert in risk and compliance, managing regulatory engagement and AML/CFT frameworks.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on compliance and AML experience within an SCA/CMA-regulated investment firm, brokerage, or asset manager.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of SCA/CMA regulations and federal AML/CFT regimes.
• Professional Standing: Established credibility and existing relationships with CMA contacts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in Arabic and professional certifications such as CAMS or ICA.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Ensure organizational compliance with SCA/CMA regulations and AML/CFT regimes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulators regarding compliance matters, inspections, and reporting.
• Maintain and leverage professional relationships with CMA contacts.
