Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Must be a qualified Polish legal counsel (radca prawny).
• Experience: 3-5 years of post-university professional experience.
• Sector Expertise: Proven experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project development, construction, or regulatory matters.
• Language: Excellent command of English (legal and professional).
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise on Polish energy legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external counsel when necessary.
• Monitor legislative developments and support compliance initiatives.
