Paradigm Shifters is hiring a Legal Manager - In-house on behalf of a leading mobility platform in India for an in-house corporate role based in Bengaluru, focusing on contracts, legal advisory, and commercial law.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Hold an LLB degree.
- Minimum 6+ years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in contracts, legal advisory, or commercial law.
- Strict requirement: Must have direct experience in contracts and business advisory; applicants who pivoted from litigation to contracts will not be considered.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and subcontracting agreements.
- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management across various business functions.
- Advise internal business teams on legal structures that maintain compliance while remaining commercially workable.
- Monitor regulatory developments and proactively flag key compliance matters to the business.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Compensation: Around 22 LPA.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3-4 days in office, rest Work From Home).
