Paribu, a leading crypto‑asset exchange based in Istanbul, Turkey, is hiring a Legal Counsel to provide day‑to‑day legal advice, manage corporate and commercial operations, and oversee international legal processes for its holding group.

Key Eligibility Criteria

University degree from a reputable law faculty (Master's/LL.M. is an asset).

Provide day‑to‑day legal advice and manage corporate and commercial operations for diverse companies under the Holding umbrella.
Lead and manage international legal processes, draft cross‑border agreements, and ensure compliance with foreign regulatory frameworks.
Oversee legal matters and operational requirements related to financial institutions within the Holding group.
Provide strategic legal advice on Capital Markets Law and emerging crypto‑asset regulations.
Develop, implement, and oversee legal risk‑mitigation strategies across all group companies.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements in Turkish and English.
Lead and oversee legal aspects of domestic and international M&A activities.
Manage relationships with group companies, holding management, and external advisors/law firms.
