Legal Business Partner (EMEA) - Full-time Remote Role

This leadership-level role involves providing commercially focused legal guidance to teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with a focus on complex commercial contracts, payments regulation, and data protection.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Law degree and qualification to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction within the region.
Experience: 6–8 years of legal experience across law firm and in-house environments.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Serve as the primary legal business partner for commercial, partnerships, and operations teams across EMEA.
Draft, review, and negotiate merchant, partner, vendor, and other commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
Advise stakeholders on payments regulation and data protection (including GDPR).
Support corporate maintenance and governance matters for regional entities.
Provide legal guidance on market entry, new products, and strategic partnerships.
Manage multiple matters simultaneously across jurisdictions and time zones.
