Paul Hastings LLP is seeking a 1st-4th Year Associate to join its nationally-recognized Antitrust and Competition practice group. The role involves handling complex antitrust litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions, with opportunities to work from the firm's Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York offices.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1st-4th year associate level.
• Bar Admission: Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of the office location.
• Preferred: Prior federal clerkship experience and/or a background in economics.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage antitrust and competition law matters, including internal investigations and government enforcement actions (DOJ/FTC).
• Handle civil antitrust litigation, including discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and case management.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Annual Salary Range: $225,000 – $310,000 (actual pay varies based on experience).
