Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Law degree (UK qualification preferred).
• Experience: 1-4 years PQE gained in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Expertise: Demonstrated experience in general commercial and corporate advice, including M&A processes and drafting corporate documentation.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills with a commercially pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage corporate joint venture work, including transaction management, drafting, and negotiation.
• Advise on financing documents and existing joint venture agreements.
• Support corporate governance, including board approvals and company secretarial filings.
• Draft and review commercial contracts and supplier agreements.
• Deliver legal and compliance training to internal stakeholders.
