Corporate Counsel, SG at Pixalate

Pixalate, a global leader in fraud protection and privacy analytics for CTV and mobile, is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel based in Singapore to manage corporate governance, international regulatory compliance, and commercial contract negotiations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or International Affairs) and a formal legal qualification (LLB, GLD, or JD).
• Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar corporate governance or legal role.
• Expertise: Deep familiarity with SaaS subscription agreements, global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and corporate formalities.
• Startup Mindset: Prior experience in a startup or SaaS environment is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage corporate filings, including annual financial returns, tax returns, and R&D tax credit applications.
• Draft and negotiate complex SaaS data licensing and subscription agreements.
• Oversee project management for the incorporation of international affiliates and subsidiaries.
• Draft intercompany agreements and board resolutions for global entities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align legal terms with product development and market strategy.
