Place-Mint Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Counsel / Adviser to be based in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on providing comprehensive legal guidance regarding property transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution within the UAE real estate sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Degree: LLB, JD, or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE real estate law.
Licensing: Must hold a license to practice law in the UAE or a relevant jurisdiction.
Preferred: UAE legal qualification and additional certifications in Arbitration or Corporate Law.
Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Advise on UAE real estate laws, including DLD and RERA regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, leases, MOUs, and brokerage/development agreements.
Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions and transactions.
Manage landlord-tenant matters, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
Liaise with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and Dubai Municipality.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary: AED 10,000 per month (increasing to AED 12,000 per month post-probation).
Benefits: Includes company-sponsored visa, health insurance, annual flight allowance, and end-of-service gratuity.
