Precision For Medicine, a CRO focused on integrating clinical trial execution with scientific and data‑science expertise, is hiring a Site Contract Manager in Singapore. The role involves drafting, negotiating and managing clinical site agreements and budgets across the APAC region.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate 4‑year degree (preferably law, science, business administration or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site budget negotiations.
- Prior experience within CRO, life‑science, biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated client‑facing experience and interaction with global institutions, especially in APAC.
- Fluency in English and ability to work independently and in virtual teams.
- Legal authorization to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Review, draft, negotiate and track confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendments.
- Develop and execute site contracting strategies for assigned projects.
- Manage site budgets and negotiate terms with sites.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations study teams to align deliverables with study timelines.
- Maintain contract records, ensure compliance and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Occasional domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.
