IP Licensing Manager

Contextual Overview

PT. NIKOMAS GEMILANG IY DIVISION is seeking an experienced IP Licensing Manager to oversee the commercialization and licensing of its intellectual property assets. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of IP licensing, from strategy development and licensee identification to complex contract negotiation and royalty administration, working across a distributed, innovation-focused team.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Proven experience in IP commercialization and licensing strategy.
• Strong background in contract negotiation and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, specifically regarding royalty models and IP valuation.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and stakeholder management.
• Mid-level to Senior professional experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Develop and execute IP licensing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage the IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and software.
• Identify and qualify potential licensees and build a robust licensing pipeline.
• Lead negotiations for licensing agreements, including financial and non-financial terms.
• Conduct IP valuation and develop financial models for licensing deals.
• Coordinate with internal Legal, Finance, R&D, and Product teams.
