Pure Search is seeking experienced M&A lawyers for an in-house counsel role based in the Amsterdam area. The position involves advising on private capital investments, including private equity, venture capital, and growth equity transactions, working closely with investment professionals on complex, cross-border matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Approximately 3-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Expertise: Strong background in corporate law, private equity, venture capital, or growth capital.
• Advisory Skills: Proven experience advising investors, sponsors, and high-growth businesses.
• Language: Fluent English; proficiency in additional European languages is considered an asset.
• Attributes: Strong academic credentials, technical legal ability, and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage private equity and M&A transactions.
• Handle venture capital and growth equity investments.
• Oversee investments, disposals, and secondary transactions.
• Draft and manage shareholder and investment documentation.
• Advise on corporate governance and portfolio company matters.
• Coordinate cross-border transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
