Qcells Georgia, Inc., a leader in solar photovoltaic (PV) solutions, is seeking an onsite Legal Counsel based in Cartersville, GA. This role focuses on providing in-house legal support across corporate matters, including contract negotiation, employment law, trade compliance, and dispute resolution.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Must be a member in good standing with a state bar association.
• Experience: Professional experience in litigation and arbitration; 3+ years preferred.
• Languages: Bilingual (Korean & English) proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (purchase, sales, service, and lease agreements).
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and oversee outside counsel.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Design and improve internal legal team processes.
• Advise management on legal risks and protect the company against potential investigations or penalties.
