The role involves supporting clients with property transfers, off-plan (Oqood) registrations, mortgage registrations, and Ejari services in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
• Relevant diploma or degree in real estate, business, law, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts within the Dubai and UAE regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated Sales and Negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with office software and digital tools for property registration.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise clients on property transfer procedures, off-plan registration, and mortgage processes.
• Prepare and review documentation for property transactions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely registrations.
• Provide client-facing consultations on legal and procedural requirements, including Ejari and notary services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and practices.
