Radius is seeking an experienced In-house Corporate and Commercial Legal Counsel to join their team in Greater London. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted legal advisor, providing support on commercial legal issues, contract negotiations, and risk management for the business.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Must be a qualified solicitor.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Skills: Strong expertise in contract law, excellent drafting and negotiation capabilities, and a track record in managing commercial transactions.
Competencies: Commercially astute, pragmatic approach to business risk, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including sales, supplier, hosting, and data transfer contracts, as well as NDAs.
Providing clear, robust, and commercially focused legal advice to mitigate business risk.
Managing internal legal queries regarding data protection, IP, overdue payments, and disputes.
Ensuring compliance with relevant data legislation in commercial agreements.
Engaging and managing external legal counsel for specialized requirements.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience).
