Rainmaker, an organization specializing in ethics and compliance training, is seeking to empanel experienced lawyers as External Members for the Internal Committees (ICs) of their client organizations. This role involves ensuring compliance with the PoSH Act, 2013, and facilitating fair inquiry proceedings across various corporate sectors.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Qualified legal professional.
• Experience: Preferably 3–7 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the PoSH Act, 2013, PoSH Rules, 2013, and principles of natural justice.
• Competencies: Proven experience in handling PoSH complaints, conducting impartial inquiries, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide expert guidance to the IC regarding complaint assessment and procedural compliance.
• Assist in conducting meetings, conciliation, and formal inquiry proceedings.
• Draft reasoned findings and comprehensive inquiry reports.
• Ensure adherence to statutory timelines and reporting requirements.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Mode: Contractual engagement.
