General Liability Associate Attorney at Randstad USA
Randstad USA is recruiting for a nationwide firm to add a General Liability Associate Attorney to their Syracuse, NY team. Key Eligibility Criteria
- Admitted to the New York Bar (New Jersey admission is a plus).
- Minimum 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mediation and trial experience is a plus.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage a caseload.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses/requests.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend mediations and make court appearances.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $115,000 - $155,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Bonus: Quarterly bonuses based on billable hours.
- Billable Hours: 2,200 annually.
