Raytheon UK is seeking a Legal Manager to join its Legal and Ethics organization. This role focuses on providing strategic legal advice regarding commercial contracts, defence procurement, and corporate governance within a high-stakes aerospace and defence environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: UK qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience (in-house or private practice).
• Education: LL.B. from an accredited UK university.
• Professional Standing: Must be a member of the Law Society, The Legal Services Board, or the Bar Council.
• Expertise: Demonstrated experience in commercial contracts and company secretarial matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide strategic and tactical legal advice on high-value, complex commercial contracts and defence procurement issues.
• Draft, negotiate, and amend NDAs, teaming agreements, framework agreements, and statements of work.
• Support bid activities through contract term analysis and participation in review meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, supply chain, finance, and global trade departments.
• Manage outside counsel and ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance policies.
