Legal Counsel

Contextual Overview

RELEX Solutions, a global provider of a unified supply chain planning platform, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their international legal team. This role focuses on supporting EMEA and APAC business operations, specifically managing commercial agreements and regulatory compliance within the SaaS and AI technology sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified solicitor or barrister of good standing in England & Wales (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house within the technology sector.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of privacy, data, and AI-related legislation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and vendor contracts.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters, specifically regarding SaaS, data privacy, and AI legislation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to facilitate practical decision-making.
• Report directly to the Legal Director based in Helsinki.
