Opportunity Overview: Corporate Legal Counsel at Reloe

Reloe, a DTC health and wellness group managing multiple brands across global markets, is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Reporting directly to the founder, the role takes full ownership of the company's corporate structure, compliance, external legal relations, and commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Law degree.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law within an in-house environment or a law firm.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English; working Lithuanian required for notary, registry, and accounting interactions.
• Skills & Attributes: Experience managing external law firms, self-directed, accountable for deadlines, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage corporate structure and direct external law firms on execution, standards, deadlines, and fees.
• Ensure compliance for all group brands (terms & conditions, subscription/refund terms, product and marketing claims across global markets).
• Draft, review, and maintain commercial and intercompany agreements.
• Manage, report on, and justify the legal budget.

Stipend, Compensation & Working Mode

• Compensation: €2,500–€3,500 gross per month.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Vilnius office 3 days a week, plus 1 month of remote work per year).
• Employment Type: Full-time, Mid-Senior level.
