Legal Counsel at Renewi NL | BE
Renewi is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team in a hybrid capacity, based in Amersfoort or Eindhoven. This role involves acting as a primary legal contact for privacy matters, advising on competition law, and managing commercial contracts within an international, dynamic environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Masterโs degree in Dutch Law.
- 6โ10 years of professional experience, preferably a mix of private practice and in-house roles.
- Expertise in privacy law, competition law, and commercial contract drafting.
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead privacy documentation and compliance efforts.
- Advise on competition law regarding joint ventures and collaborations.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (sales, procurement, tenders).
- Translate complex legal risks into practical business solutions.
- Collaborate directly with the Chief Legal Officer and senior stakeholders.
Stipend & Compensation
Compensation: Market-conform salary supplemented by 8% holiday allowance. Includes company laptop and phone.
