Legal Counsel – Renewi NL | BE
Renewi NL | BE is hiring a full‑time Legal Counsel based in Utrecht, Netherlands. The role is hybrid with preferred locations Amersfoort or Eindhoven, and focuses on privacy, competition law, commercial contracts and general legal support for the business.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Dutch law
- 6–10 years of experience (advocacy and/or in‑house)
- Strong background in privacy, competition law and commercial contracts
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Primary contact for privacy matters and liaison with other teams
- Advisory on competition law for joint ventures and collaborations
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, tenders, and other legal documents
- Identifying and translating legal risks into practical solutions
- Acting as a sparring partner for business units and working closely with the CLO
- Handling a broad range of legal issues independently but in collaboration with senior stakeholders
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Market‑conform salary plus 8 % holiday pay. Laptop and phone provided. Full‑time, hybrid work arrangement.
