Compensation: $180,000 – $230,000 per year

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 2–10 years of litigation experience.
• Preferred experience in product liability, mass tort, personal injury defense, or complex litigation.
• Demonstrated experience with depositions, motions, mediation, and courtroom proceedings.
• Active U.S. bar license in good standing.
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle complex product liability and civil litigation cases.
• Manage cases from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, engage in motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate directly with clients and technical/medical experts.
• Participate in business development and career growth initiatives.

Stipend, Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 annually.
