Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal and corporate governance support to supervisory and management bodies across Lithuania and other EEA operating countries.
- Advise stakeholders and consult company secretaries on Lithuanian corporate law, governance principles, and entity structures.
- Arrange execution of corporate documentation, including shareholder resolutions, extracts, applications, and KYC-related documents.
- Oversee the EU Corporate Governance Framework, governance policies, and procedures.
- Guide structural set-ups and changes across EU corporate entities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Represent Revolut’s Lithuanian entities before legal registers, notaries, and public institutions.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Compensation: Base pay range of €5,800.00 to €6,900.00 per month (subject to candidate skills and experience).
- Work Mode: Full-time (Lithuania).
