Revolut is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel (Corporate Governance) based in Lithuania to handle corporate law and governance matters for its Lithuanian entities and broader European operations. Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Lithuanian is required.
• Qualifications: Excellent academic background and law firm credentials.
• Key Competencies: Sound judgement under pressure, strong decision-making abilities, collaborative mindset, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Background: Prior law firm experience specialising in corporate law or corporate governance (nice to have).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide legal and corporate governance support to supervisory and management bodies across Lithuania and other EEA operating countries.
• Advise stakeholders and consult company secretaries on Lithuanian corporate law, governance principles, and entity structures.
• Arrange execution of corporate documentation, including shareholder resolutions, extracts, applications, and KYC-related documents.
• Oversee the EU Corporate Governance Framework, governance policies, and procedures.
• Guide structural set-ups and changes across EU corporate entities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent Revolut’s Lithuanian entities before legal registers, notaries, and public institutions.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Compensation: Base pay range of €5,800.00 to €6,900.00 per month (subject to candidate skills and experience).
• Work Mode: Full-time (Lithuania).
