RGE is seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel based in Singapore to support a diverse portfolio of businesses across multiple jurisdictions. Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Must be a qualified lawyer.
• Experience: Approximately at least 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal environment.
• Skills: Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Advantageous: Regional or cross-border legal experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide pragmatic legal advice on corporate, commercial, governance, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and strategic business agreements.
• Support business expansion, transformation projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on legal risks, regulatory developments, and company policies.
• Develop and enhance legal processes and compliance frameworks.
• Manage external counsel and oversee legal matters for cost-effective outcomes.
