Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor of Laws/Legal Studies degree.
• Initial relevant experience in commercial, corporate, or business law.
• Fluency in both Romanian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, research, and drafting capabilities.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is considered an asset.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advising management and internal stakeholders on day-to-day legal matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documentation.
• Providing support on corporate governance, internal approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring legal developments and coordinating with public authorities.
• Delivering legal training and guidance to internal teams.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
