Ripple is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Counsel to join their legal team in London. The role focuses on supporting pioneering financial services and digital asset projects, with a specific emphasis on capital markets, traded products, and prime brokerage.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven background in capital markets, traded products, and/or prime brokerage.
• Strong understanding of UK and EU financial services regulation.
• Experience gained in-house at a financial institution or top-tier private practice.
• Familiarity with digital assets is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements across multiple business lines.
• Collaborate with product teams on the development and launch of new services.
• Provide regulatory advice regarding licensing and compliance in the UK, EU, and international regions.
• Support corporate governance matters and general legal issues.
• Deliver legal assistance for capital markets functions, including execution platforms and custodial solutions.
