Role Overview
A well-established California law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its defense team. The firm handles matters including public entity law, employment, education, construction, product liability, and appellate work. Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage defense litigation cases through all stages of the litigation lifecycle.
- Draft and argue law and motion matters; prepare for and attend court hearings.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents.
- Collaborate directly with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy.
Stipend & Compensation
Base Salary: $145,000 - $200,000 per year (depending on experience). The role also includes performance bonuses.
