Contextual Overview

Robert Walters is recruiting a Legal, Compliance & Operations Counsel for Advario, an international specialist in tank storage and logistics infrastructure. This role serves as a hybrid position, acting as a business partner responsible for legal counsel, compliance operations, and the operational backbone of the Legal, Compliance, Insurance & Privacy (LCIP) department.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Master’s degree in Law.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a law firm or international corporate environment.
Solid knowledge of contract law, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., Anti-trust, Anti-Bribery, Whistleblowing).
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Demonstrable experience in legal operations or compliance program management.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Legal Operations: Drive adoption of legal tools/platforms, maintain knowledge databases, and analyze compliance data to support decision-making.
Compliance & TPRM: Manage the Third-Party Risk Management program, conduct due diligence, and design internal compliance training campaigns.
Legal Counsel: Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts; provide expert legal advice across multifunctional teams.
Operational Support: Develop department policies, procedures, and communication strategies to elevate the LCIP function.
