ROSEN, a global technology group specializing in asset integrity management, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Legal & Compliance Department in Oldenzaal, Netherlands. The role focuses on providing legal support, contract negotiation, and compliance advisory services to ROSEN Europe B.V.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Law degree.
• Experience: 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial law, and compliance; fluent English proficiency.
• Location: Must reside within a one-hour driving distance of Oldenzaal.
• Industry Advantage: Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard and non-standard legal agreements.
• Providing legal and compliance advice on corporate, insurance, data protection, and anti-corruption matters.
• Monitoring legislative changes and performing pre-litigation risk management.
• Conducting internal legal training for various business units.
