Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Emiratization & Government Relations Coordinator to manage regulatory compliance and support Emiratization initiatives. This role acts as a liaison between the organization, government authorities (ADGM, ICP, GDRFA), and associates to ensure seamless operational and employment-related processes.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be a UAE National.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in UAE government e-service platforms including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and UAE Pass.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE immigration procedures, visa processing, and employment regulations.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Coordinate government transactions with authorities such as ADGM, ICP, and Abu Dhabi Police.
- Manage end-to-end employment visa processes, work permits, and Emirates ID applications.
- Administer Emiratization programs and government-supported employment schemes.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance trackers for audits and regulatory reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Emirati associates regarding onboarding and documentation.
