Contextual Overview

ROVOP is seeking a dedicated Contracts Engineer to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role provides global support to the business by assisting the Commercial Department in tender preparation and supporting the Operations team with project commercial and contractual matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Previous experience in a similar contracts or commercial role
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in PC literacy and Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience operating in global jurisdictions (desirable)

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Prepare and collate budget proposals, tenders, and detailed/accurate tender price estimates.
Maintain clarification registers and draft/negotiate Call Offs to previously established contracts.
Manage commercial databases such as CRM and lead the handover process between Commercial and Operations teams.
Provide ongoing support to operations regarding commercial issues, project invoicing accuracy, and supplier management.
