Key Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (in good standing).
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage litigation matters from pre-suit demands through trial and appeals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and manage court deadlines.
• Develop case strategies and negotiate with opposing counsel.
