SD Legal is recruiting a Legal Counsel for a global Data Center and Real Estate business operating in Asia. This is a newly created, mid-senior level strategic role focused on supporting transaction teams with M&A, general corporate work, and regulatory compliance within the data infrastructure sector.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5–8 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Background: Must possess Tier 1 law firm training and relevant in-house experience or secondments.
- Specialization: Proven track record in data center deal flow.
- Skills: Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders across local, regional, and international levels.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Transactional (70%): Structuring, negotiating, and supporting commercial deals and M&A activity.
