SDV Fenchurch, a global law firm built exclusively to represent policyholders in complex insurance coverage and commercial disputes, is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate for its Naples, FL office (with hybrid and remote flexibility across the US).

Key Eligibility Criteria

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Florida Bar (admission to additional jurisdictions is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, construction litigation, or similarly complex matters.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and advocacy materials.
• Conduct and defend depositions, handle written discovery, and manage motion practice.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and cross-office teams while mentoring junior staff.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000+ plus annual bonus opportunities (based on experience, qualifications, and business generation potential).

Mode: Full-Time (Hybrid preferred in Naples, FL; open to remote candidates within the US).
