Sellick Partnership is seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ to 2 years’ PQE) to join a specialist family law team in Liverpool. The role focuses on private family law matters, offering a supportive environment for professional development and career progression.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Experience level: NQ (Newly Qualified) to 2 years’ PQE.
• Proven experience within private family law.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children law.
• Draft and advise on cohabitation, pre-nuptial, and post-nuptial agreements.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with AML, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain accurate file records and participate in team-based collaborative work.
