Overview
Service Care Solutions is seeking a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing team in Kendal. The role involves working alongside experienced legal professionals on a broad range of commercial property transactions for regional and national clients.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ–1 PQE)
- Passion for commercial property law
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with appropriate supervision.
- Assist with landlord and tenant matters, commercial and residential development, and high-value property transactions.
- Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and other commercial property documentation.
- Liaise regularly with clients, agents, and other legal professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Use the firm's case management system to maintain accurate records and manage deadlines.
Stipend, Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Employee bonus scheme, annual salary review, increasing annual leave, two paid volunteering days, free conveyancing for primary residence, and free individual or mirror Wills.
