The role involves supporting the General Counsel in managing product agreements, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Qualified solicitor (England and Wales).
• Experience: 4–6 years PQE with exposure to capital markets, fintech, or financial services.
• Skills: Proficiency in commercial agreements, corporate advice, and familiarity with UK financial services regulations.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Negotiate product agreements (ISLA standards, agency, and collateral agreements).
• Assist with generalist legal matters including IP, data protection, and employment law.
• Review and negotiate day-to-day third-party contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
• Provide commercial-minded legal support to Sales, Strategy, Operations, and Product teams.
• Conduct legal research to address business stakeholder queries.
