Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Managing Associate (or Supervising Associate) to join their leading Structured Finance & Derivatives practice. The role involves advising investment banks, asset managers, and financial institutions on complex, cross-border structured products, including structured debt, exchange-traded products, and credit-linked transactions.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
• Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven track record in structured products or structured finance within a leading practice.
• Experience working with sophisticated financial market participants.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage significant transaction workstreams and day-to-day client relationships.
• Advise on transaction structuring, execution, and regulatory considerations.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the practice.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: Competitive package including bonuses, private medical insurance, and pension contributions.

Mode: Full-time, hybrid working model (minimum 3 days in-office).
