Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage an independent caseload from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Develop case strategy and conduct legal research.
- Participate in arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and settlement negotiations.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Pay: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (depending on experience).
