Senior Executive – Corporate Governance

Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) is hiring a full‑time Senior Executive to support governance, compliance and risk functions in its Singapore office.

Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Accounting, Governance, Law or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in governance, audit, compliance or data protection
  • Professional certification in governance, data protection or accounting is an advantage
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and governance practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Enterprise risk management support: reviews, action tracking, report preparation for management and board committees
  • Maintain and update governance documents (SOPs, policies, MOUs)
  • Liaise with internal auditors, follow up on audit findings and monitor compliance
  • Coordinate board and sub‑committee meetings (logistics, renewals, onboarding, documentation)
  • Manage regulatory submissions and corporate reporting requirements
  • Support personal data protection audits, training and documentation
  • Contribute to ESG reporting, policy development and corporate content updates
  • Advise senior management on governance matters
