SME Careers, an AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, is seeking a Contract Review Expert to join their remote, hourly contractor network. This role focuses on training AI models by reviewing AI-generated contract analyses, creating gold-standard contract content, and evaluating the reasoning quality of legal outputs.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: JD/LLB (or equivalent) or professional background as a Paralegal/Contracts specialist.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in contracts (in-house, law firm, procurement, legal ops, or vendor management).
• Language: C1 English proficiency.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in redlining common commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS agreements) and identifying legal risks (indemnities, liability, IP ownership).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Develop AI training content including prompts, redlines, and negotiation notes.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and legal defensibility.
• Test AI outputs for bias, confidentiality risks, and reliability across various contract scenarios.
• Provide precise written feedback to improve model reasoning and clause interpretation.
