Soleiman APC, a technology-driven law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Public Entity and Civil Litigation defense practice groups. The firm leverages innovative litigation tools, including AI-powered platforms, to deliver cost-efficient results.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial or civil litigation defense experience.
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedural rules.
- Familiarity with legal AI and cloud-based litigation platforms.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions).
- Conduct medical/employment record reviews to identify key case facts.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Support trial preparation, including drafting motions, preparing exhibits, and coordinating witnesses.
- Manage expert witnessesβselection, preparation, and testimony coordination.

Compensation & Benefits
