Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
The successful candidate will work alongside senior fee earners on matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Portfolio management and secured lending.
- Corporate support, commercial development, and investment.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (Base pay range).
Mode: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
