Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation
An established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its litigation team in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. The role focuses on complex medical negligence cases within a trial-oriented environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Must be barred in Pennsylvania; New Jersey bar admission is considered a plus.
- Experience: 5–12 years of litigation experience.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in medical malpractice or complex personal injury; prior jury trial participation is highly valued.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from initial intake through final resolution.
- Oversee discovery, depositions, motion practice, and the development of expert testimony.
- Collaborate directly with medical experts regarding liability and damages.
- Represent the firm in mediations and jury trials.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per annum.
Work Mode: Hybrid schedule with two mandatory in-office days per week.
