St. Regis Hotels & Resorts (part of Marriott International) is inviting applications for the position of Hotel Cleanliness Expert at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, non-management housekeeping and laundry role focused on maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and guest room maintenance standards across assigned areas of the property.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotels or housekeeping within the service industry.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and write simple English.
• Work Flexibility: Ability to work any shift assigned by supervisors and withstand dusty or unclean environments as required by housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Daily cleaning, turndown service, and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, carpets, wallpapers, and granite/marble floors.
• Tidy guest items per standard hotel procedures and ensure the work environment remains clean and organized.
• Maintain public areas including lobbies and public restrooms.
• Report defects, damages to fixed assets/furniture, and lost-and-found items to the Housekeeping Department.
• Comply with legislated health, safety, chemical usage instructions, and hotel grooming standards.
• Report any suspicious behavior of guests or staff to management.
