The role focuses on providing commercial legal support, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting contracts, and embedding ethical practices across business functions.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Masterโs Degree in Law.
- Experience: 3โ5 years of professional legal and compliance experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector or a law firm advising pharma clients.
- Domain Knowledge: Practical experience in commercial contracting, promotional compliance for medicinal products/medical devices, HCP/HCO interactions, competition law, and GDPR data protection.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken Bulgarian and English.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Legal Advisory & Contracts: Advise commercial, marketing, HR, and regulatory teams; draft and negotiate distribution, promotion, consultancy, sponsorship, and procurement contracts.
- Compliance & Ethics: Maintain and adapt STADA Group compliance standards (Anti-Bribery, Code of Conduct, Competition Law); review and approve promotional materials and transfers of value; conduct employee compliance trainings.
- Data Protection: Operational support for GDPR compliance across HR, commercial campaigns, and digital tools in coordination with the Group DPO.
- Stakeholder Management: Assist with internal audits, regulatory inspections, and liaise with external legal counsel and industry associations.
