A well-established law firm in Edison, NJ, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their growing team. The role involves managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and client representation.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Active New Jersey (NJ) Bar admission in good standing
• Strong negotiation, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Experience handling all phases of litigation independently
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands/responses
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Communicate directly with clients to provide case updates and guidance
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
• Additional Compensation: Performance-based incentives
