Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services is seeking an accomplished General Counsel (UAEN) to lead the legal affairs function for the group and its subsidiaries in Dubai, UAE. This senior leadership role encompasses a broad portfolio, including corporate governance, litigation, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal advisory for the Board of Directors.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid legal practice license, Bar Association License, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional legal or judicial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Expertise: Proven track record in corporate governance, IPOs, securities regulation (SCA), and complex litigation management.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead and develop a high-performing legal team.
• Oversee corporate and commercial contracts, regulatory affairs, and legal risk management.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior executives and the Board of Directors.
• Manage external legal relationships and ensure compliance with applicable governance frameworks.
• Draft and review legislation, policies, and legal instruments.
